About Us – Little Lantern Group
“Every journey deserves a guiding light.”
Little Lantern Group is a registered NDIS provider supporting children and people with disability aged 0–65 across Queensland. We deliver compassionate, high-quality, person-centred support that promotes safety, dignity, independence, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes at every stage of life. With a commitment to professional excellence, individual choice, and genuine connection, we tailor our services to meet diverse needs, from early childhood support and daily living assistance to complex care and high-intensity support.
Our comprehensive service offering includes Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), community nursing, high-intensity personal care, specialist behaviour support, behaviour support plan implementation, NDIS Core Supports, community access, transport assistance, household support, daily living skills development, and transition support. We aim to support participants with complex physical, neurological, behavioural, and functional needs through individualised arrangements that reflect their goals, support plans, and circumstances.
Through SIL and SDA, we support access to suitable living environments that foster greater independence, safety, choice, and belonging. Our community nursing and high-intensity support services address complex health, clinical, and personal care needs, while specialist behaviour support and practical plan implementation promote positive outcomes, consistency, and improved quality of life. We also assist participants transitioning between hospital, home, and other living arrangements, helping establish appropriate supports and continuity of care. Through community access and Core Supports, we encourage social connection, skill development, participation, and greater confidence in everyday life.
Children hold a special place in our purpose. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, valued, and supported to reach their potential. We work alongside families, carers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and other service providers to build trusting partnerships and create individualised pathways for growth, development, and independence.
At Little Lantern Group, our approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, collaboration, and respect for each person’s individuality. We are committed to delivering responsive, reliable support that recognises abilities, nurtures potential, and helps participants and families navigate their journeys with greater confidence.
“Lighting the way with love, hope and healing.”
Your journey matters. Together, we care, support, and grow—creating brighter possibilities and helping every individual shine.
