Prepare to Launch is a six-week employability program that helps eligible participants build confidence, strengthen practical skills and explore pathways into work, training and further opportunities.
The program is delivered two days per week and combines practical learning, career development and direct exposure to local industries.
Prepare to Launch is designed to support participants with practical tools, confidence and clearer direction.
The current program includes:

The program combines practical learning with opportunities to hear from employers, explore local industries and build a clearer pathway towards work, training or further participation.
The program is currently delivered at no cost to eligible participants through the Queensland Government’s Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
